Overview

Sattva Songbird is a 16.3-acre mixed-format community at Budigere Cross on Budigere Road, just off Old Madras Road in East Bengaluru. The masterplan combines six residential towers with 58 row houses for a total of around 1,760 homes, and the configuration ladder runs from compact 1 BHK units of about 750 sq ft up to 4 BHK homes approaching 3,543 sq ft. That spread makes the project unusually broad in its buyer appeal for a single address.
