Godrej Regent Park is a new launch on Kada Agrahara Road off Sarjapur Main Road, sitting within a land parcel of about 40 acres. The first release comprises two towers of three basements plus ground plus thirty three floors, offering 2 BHK homes of roughly 1,239 to 1,246 sq ft and 3 BHK homes from about 1,500 to 1,867 sq ft.
