Overview

Godrej MSR City is a 25.73 acre development at Shettigere in the Devanahalli belt of North Bangalore, launched in April 2025 and now under construction. It is planned as 2,563 homes across six residential buildings, with compact 2 BHK units from 735 to 822 sq ft and 3 BHK homes from 897 to 1,011 sq ft, which places it at a lower entry point per unit than most current Godrej launches in the city. About 70 per cent of the site is set aside as open green area, supporting a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a gymnasium, sports courts, wellness zones and landscaped gardens. Kempegowda International Airport is roughly eight kilometres away with access via NH 44 and the airport road. Two Karnataka RERA registrations cover the current phases and possession is scheduled for March 2030.
