Overview

Birla Evara is a 27 acre development off Sarjapur Road in east Bengaluru, planned as 1,600 homes across 13 towers rising to ground plus 27 floors. The configuration mix is unusually broad, from 1 bedroom units of about 677 sq ft to 4 bedroom homes of roughly 2,500 sq ft, with entry pricing near INR 90.86 lakh at around INR 13,000 per sq ft, which opens the scheme to first time buyers as well as upgraders. The masterplan, drawn up with Broadway Malyan, keeps over 75 per cent of the site open and heavily planted. Two clubhouses carry the swimming pools, gymnasium, spa, jacuzzi, dance room and indoor games, while the grounds hold tennis, badminton and squash courts, an amphitheatre, a pet park and jogging routes. There is also an in-house Birla Mandir. Possession is scheduled for December 2031.
