Sattva Group is a Bengaluru-headquartered property development, management and consulting organisation founded in 1993, best known nationally for its Grade A office portfolio and increasingly for a fast-growing residential pipeline. The group has delivered over 54 million sq ft and reports roughly 32 million sq ft under construction with a further 32 million sq ft in planning. Its interests run well beyond housing and take in office parks, data centres, warehousing, education, co-living, co-working, hospitality, retail, corporate interiors and facility management. Operating cities include Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Goa and Coimbatore. In Bengaluru the residential portfolio is heavily weighted towards the northern airport corridor at Devanahalli, Doddajala and Yelahanka, with additional clusters on Old Madras Road at Budigere, Mysore Road and Rajarajeshwari Nagar in the west, and JP Nagar and Kanakapura Road in the south.
