Godrej Properties Limited is the real estate arm of the Godrej group, incorporated in 1990 and listed on the BSE and NSE, with its registered office at Godrej One in Vikhroli, Mumbai. The company works largely through joint development agreements and outright land acquisitions rather than holding a very large legacy land bank, and it has become one of the highest selling residential developers in India by bookings value. Its Bangalore portfolio is one of its three largest city books and is concentrated in the northern corridor around Yelahanka, Thanisandra, Shettigere and Devanahalli, the eastern corridor around Whitefield, Budigere Cross and Hoskote, and the southern corridor along Bannerghatta Road and Sarjapur Road. Sustainability certification and design partnerships with external architects are a recurring feature of its Bangalore launches.
