Adarsh Developers is a Bengaluru headquartered developer founded in 1988 by B M Jayeshankar and now one of the longest established names in the city. Its portfolio spans residential apartments, villas and plotted developments alongside commercial and hospitality assets, and it has completed around 29.6 million sq ft with a further 18 million sq ft under construction and roughly 21.4 million sq ft planned. The group built its reputation on villa communities such as Adarsh Palm Meadows and Adarsh Palm Retreat in the Whitefield and Outer Ring Road belt, and has since moved decisively into mid segment and premium apartments, concentrated heavily along Sarjapur Road, Bellandur and the eastern corridor. It reports more than 13,000 customers to date. Two of its current projects are included here to complete the Birla Estates set, which has only four active Bengaluru schemes.
